Week 38- May 14, 2018

This week we had our May School Family Assembly; we practiced using encouraging words with our friends and also learned about the importance of diversity. We are all unique and just like the human body, each system in our body is different but serves an important purpose but we need all parts to make the body work. We also celebrated students who have been using their skill of assertiveness, the BIG VOICE award. Please join us in celebrating our winners below!

Summer Splash We have our first annual Summer Splash Family Night this Thursday. It includes the final academic partnering and ideas to keep the learning going over the summer, celebrations of learning, and a chance to chat with the next year’s grade level in a fun family atmosphere.

5-5:30pm: Academic Partnering in your current teacher’s classroom
5:30-6pm: Celebrations
6-6:30pm: Meet and Greet & Dinner in the cafeteria

Enrollment 2018-19 Please stop by the main office to re-enroll as soon as possible for 2018-2019! Our goal is to have 80% enrollment by June 1 and we are only at 50% currently. We need to know who will be here to make important staffing decisions for next year.
