Langley offers two aftercare programs, DCPS Aftercare and Springboard, which allows Langley to guarantee before-care and aftercare for all families who need it. After school hours are 3:30-6 PM. Before-care, provided by Springboard, is available from 7:00-8:15 AM. Aftercare includes snack, reading, games and creative activities, and playtime on the playground or in the gymnasium. Kindergarten through 5th grade students are offered homework assistance as well as the opportunity to enhance computer and reading skills through the blended learning programs Lexia, ST Math and iReady. Springboard's before-care and aftercare are available on a full-time, part-time, or drop-in basis.

Flex Academies (Pre-K - K)
Langley offers three 8-week after school enrichment activities each year, such as dance, soccer, Spanish, music and yoga. Children do not have to be enrolled in the aftercare program to take advantage of after school enrichment; it is open to all Langley students.
Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grades)
Girls on the Run is a nationwide running program for girls in grades 3-5, designed to develop physical ability as well as competence, confidence, connection, character, caring, and contribution. At the end of each session, the girls run in a non-competitive 5K event.
